Challenges facing us all with regard to the environment and sustainability have given architects and designers new opportunities for creativity. One way in which Hollytree design is taking up these opportunities is with our own hand painted furniture.
Breathing new life into old pine furniture
The furniture is old pine furniture sourced from Europe. It is stripped and then hand painted and patinated to create different finishes. Some pieces have been converted or created using reclaimed wood and made by traditional methods. Commissions can be undertaken for items to be painted to order or made to complement or match existing furniture.
